The Canopy
Sleep among the oaks, twelve feet above the valley floor.
Hand-built from Devon oak and reclaimed timber, The Canopy sits in the crown of a two-hundred-year-old tree at the northern edge of the property. The main platform holds a king-size bed positioned to frame the valley view through floor-to-ceiling glass. A rope ladder leads to a small upper deck — the best place on the property to watch the stars come out.

The Meadow Tent
A canvas room in the middle of the wildflower meadow.
A six-metre bell tent pitched at the heart of the lower meadow, where the ground is level and the view runs unbroken to the southern ridge. Inside: a proper double bed with linen sheets, a Persian rug, a cast-iron woodburner, and a bedside table with a single oil lamp. The door opens onto a private deck with two canvas chairs and a fire basket. The sky here is wider than you remember sky being.

The Shepherd's Rest
A converted shepherd's hut on iron wheels, parked above the valley.
The original shepherd's hut has been stripped back and rebuilt: corrugated iron outside, reclaimed pine inside. A narrow kitchen counter holds a two-ring gas stove, a French press, and everything you need for a week. The bed folds down over the rear axle, positioned so the first thing you see each morning is the valley through the round porthole window. It sleeps two comfortably and feels like the most private place in the world.

The Fire Circle
Every evening ends here. A ring of hand-hewn oak logs around a deep iron pit, beneath a sky that hasn't forgotten what stars are for.
The Farm Table
Breakfast is left in your stay each morning: sourdough from the village, Devon honey, eggs from the hens, a flask of freshly ground coffee.
The Copper Soaking Tub
Book it for your stay. Filled by hand, heated by fire, open to the sky. It fits two and faces the valley.
The Wildflower Meadow
Twenty acres left entirely to seed. In June it turns to waves of ox-eye daisy and knapweed. Follow the mown path in and find a bench.
